Glow is an AI-powered dating photo generator. To deliver, improve, and operate it, we collect data. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
Identity & contact: name, email.
Profile details: age, body type, hair color, clothing style, interests - used to personalize AI photo generation.
Photos: selfies and reference photos you upload for AI processing, and AI-generated photos created by the service.
Purchase & billing: billing details, payment info (handled by Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, Stripe on Android).
Technical: IP, device/browser data, logs.
No sensitive categories (e.g., health, ethnicity).
Deliver the product: account creation, AI photo generation, photo storage, support.
Operate & secure: payments, fraud prevention, diagnostics.
Improve: analytics, AI quality improvements.
Legal & records: invoices, taxes, dispute handling, enforcing terms.
Your uploaded photos are used exclusively to generate your personalized dating photos through our AI pipeline. We do not use your photos to train AI models or for any other purpose.
Photos are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage. Upon account deletion, all photos are permanently removed within 30 days.
We use service providers to operate the service. They process data for us under their terms:
Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Transfers happen under the contracts our providers use to run their services.
We keep data as long as useful for business and legal reasons, including records, fraud prevention, and analytics, unless deletion is required or requested and we are not obligated to retain it.
Delete account:use the "Delete Account" option in app settings. All photos and data are permanently removed within 30 days.
Data requests: email help@melvynx.com to access, correct, or delete your data. We will respond within a reasonable time and action requests where feasible; some records may be kept where required (e.g., tax/legal).
Glow is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you think a minor gave us data, email help@melvynx.com and we will handle it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest. No online system is 100% secure.
We will update this policy as needed. The latest version controls.
